Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 11jj platform. Multiple accounts registered to the same person — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods or device identifiers — constitute a breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts will be suspended and balances may be confiscated pending investigation.
You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at registration and during KYC verification. Providing false information — including false names, incorrect CNIC numbers or misrepresented ages — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
You are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your 11jj account. You must keep your login credentials strictly confidential and must not share your username, password or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. 11jj will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
You must notify 11jj immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation. 11jj support can assist with account recovery, password resets and security review via the contact address listed in Section 14 of these Terms.
Important: 11jj staff will never contact you by phone, WhatsApp or SMS to request your password, OTP codes or payment credentials. Any communication requesting these details is fraudulent. Do not respond and report it to support immediately.
The 11jj platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and USDT (TRC-20 network). All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.
JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited to your 11jj account within 1–2 minutes of successful transaction completion. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 3 business hours to reflect. 11jj does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider's own fees may apply.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted from a fully KYC-verified account. Verification requires a valid CNIC (front and back) and a selfie taken against a plain background. Standard JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are processed within 15–45 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business hours. 11jj does not guarantee processing times where delays are attributable to third-party payment networks or banking system outages.
11jj operates an AML compliance programme and is obligated to monitor transactions for suspicious activity. Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted. 11jj reserves the right to suspend accounts and report suspicious financial activity to the appropriate authorities.
All bets placed on the 11jj sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport or market. For cricket — including PSL fixtures, Pakistan national team matches and international T20 leagues — bets are governed by our Cricket Betting Rules, which form part of these Terms by reference.
Casino games on the 11jj platform operate on certified random number generators (RNG). Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published within each game's information panel. Live dealer games are facilitated by third-party studio providers and are subject to those providers' house rules in addition to 11jj's general casino rules.
11jj reserves the right to void any bet or gaming result where a technical malfunction, data feed error, or evident error in odds or game settings is identified. In such circumstances, stakes will be refunded to the relevant account at the platform's sole discretion.

All content on the 11jj platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, page layouts, editorial content and betting interfaces — is the intellectual property of 11jj or its licensed third-party content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 11jj content without prior written authorisation from the Operator. Unauthorised use of 11jj intellectual property may give rise to civil or criminal liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 11jj shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of access.
11jj's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the value of your account balance at the time the claim arises. 11jj does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform and shall not be liable for losses attributable to service outages, third-party payment failures or force majeure events.

Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation and, where a breach is confirmed, may be forfeited in full. You may voluntarily close your 11jj account at any time by contacting support. Any verified balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded via your registered payment method following final account verification.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 11jj holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable procedural rules of the governing jurisdiction.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under any applicable mandatory consumer protection laws. Pakistani players are reminded that it is their own responsibility to assess the legality of online gambling activity under Pakistani law before registering or depositing.
11jj reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or platform notification at least 7 days prior to the updated Terms taking effect.
